Citizens having their current account opened with Banca Intesa and an approved overdraft, and would like to use this service also in the future, without interruption, should come to a branch of Banca Intesa during the three following months, depending upon the expiration of the overdraft, and sign the Annex to the agreement on the current account. On the very day of the signing, it is neccessary for the clients not to have any debts regarding the current account, respectively, balance must not be negative. more

Payment of bills now enabled also by phone
In order to additionally improve service quality, Banca Intesa introduced a new service which enables the clients to effect transactions, pay bills, buy and sell foreign currencies and check the balance of account and credit cards by phone. Procedure for the utilization of phone banking service is simple, it takes only a few minutes, and includes only one call to the Bank’s Call centre, during which a client will get precise instructions for effecting of the necessary service. more

Merger of Banca Intesa and Panonska banka in the final phase
The Managing Boards of Banca Intesa ad Beograd and Panonska banka ad at separate meetings adopted the draft of the Merger Agreement and convoked meetings of Shareholders’ Assembly of both banks for December 17th 2007 for the purpose of final adoption of the Agreement and completion of the integration process. When the shareholders’ assemblies of both Banks reach the decision on adoption of the Merger Agreement and the National Bank of Serbia gives its approval, the process will be concluded with the registration with the Agency for Business Registers. more

U Banca Intesa tokom Nedelje štednje oročeno 117, 2 miliona evra
Tokom Nedelje štednje, koja je trajala od 31. oktobra do 7. novembra u Banca Intesa je otvoreno 12.500 štednih računa, na kojima je oročeno ukupno 117,2 miliona evra. Najveći procenat uloga, preko 80%, oročen je na period od godinu dana, dok je prosečna visina uloga iznosila oko 9.500 evra. Jedan deo nove oročene štednje je migrirao sa postojećih dinarskih i deviznih računa po viđenju, a jedan deo je novoprikupljena štednja, tako da ukupna štednja stanovništva u Banca Intesa sada iznosi 650 miliona evra. more

9 % interest for savings plus gift insurance
On the occasion of the World Savings Day, and being a part of the action ‘’ Save, life is full of surprises!’’, Banca Intesa prepared especially attractive conditions for all citizens who want to increase their funds through saving. Entities, who during the savings week, starting from October 31, 2007 to November 07, 2007, irrespective of the saving amount, deposit their savings in euro for the period of at least one year, shall save at 9% interest rate. These conditions apply to all citizens, regardless they are clients of Banca Intesa or not. more

Banca Intesa gives gratis insurance to new depositors
Banca Intesa introduced a new product which will enable to new depositors to get Delta Generali insurance gratis along with favourable savings conditions. All citizens who, until October 15th, open a FX savings account in Banca Intesa and deposit minimal amount of 1000 EUR on the period of 12,24 or 36 months will get gratis Delta Generali household or third party liability insurance, at their own choice. Insurance will be valid as long as the time-deposit period lasts. more

Thanks to the cooperation with partnership company Delta Generali Osiguranje, Banca Intesa is the first bank in domestic market which will, in its branches, along with varied loan products offer to the clients also insurance products, as, for example, household insurance, full car insurance, life insurance with long-tem loans and multiannual savings life insurance. Considering that certain policies, as, for example, for flat insurance, are necessary for obtaining mortgage loans, clients will have a possibility to get the policy in one place, in the branches of the Bank, without going to insurance company, with significant saving of time and simplified procedure, as well as more favourable crediting conditions.
