Laki keš with extended repayment period
Starting from today, Banca Intesa offers “Laki keš” (easy cash) cash loans as well as refinancing loans for repaying the loans by other banks indexed in euros and, which are granted without fee, downpayment and guarantors, with extended repayment period up to five years. For the loans indexed in euros with up to 24-month repayment period, the deposit is not necessary, while, for the loans with longer repayment period, the deposit at the amount of 30% is required. For the loans without the foreign currency clause no deposit is required. more

Savings on a safe side
Starting from today Banca Intesa offers new stimulating conditions for saving deposits in foreign currency tied till the end of the year with interest rates from 5.5%. In addition to this, all savers depositing €3,000 and more will be presented with American Express Green credit card with free membership for the first year, as well as Europe Assistance card for travel health insurance that is required for acquiring visa and travelling. Interest rates for the savings in euros tied for the period of 12 months or more are up to 6.5%. more

Support to domestic agriculture
Banca Intesa will start receiving requests for granting the subsidized long-term loans for farmers that are realised in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, thanks to which the farmers in Serbia will be able to get, at the most favourable conditions on the market, the basic equipment for production and invest in their production facilities. By the new model proposed by the Ministry in charge, the bank will participate in financing with 60% of the amount of the loan granted, while the Ministry will finance 40% of the funds. more

Maestro PayPass gift card of Banca Intesa was announced the best and most innovative card product in 2008, at Technobank, the ninth international conference on banking technologies in Belgrade this month.

In the competition among over 40 companies that nominated their top achievements in card business, Banca Intesa has been awarded the prestigious Oscard recognition presented to Mr. Sejad Šehić, head of Payment cards, POS terminals and ATM Office.

Banca Intesa and EBRD finance the improvement of energy efficiency

Banca Intesa and European Bank for Research and Development signed the Agreement on using the first credit line of EBRD in Serbia to finance earmarked projects of private companies for efficient use of energy and renewable energy sources.

Ms. Draginja Đurić, CEO and Ms. Hildegar Gacek, EBRD Director for Serbia signed the agreement in the presence of Josep Lloveras, Head of the Delegation of the European Commission to Serbia, and Mr.Petar Škundrić, Minister of Energy and Mining in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, and many representative of media.
